TERMS & GENERAL
CONDITIONS

1 - Unless stipulated in writing to the contrary, enrollment in any of the trips organized by 1RM Travel Experience – Urban Extreme Lda Fiscal Number 509586511, implies full acceptance of these General Conditions.

2 - At the time of booking, payment of (50%) of the total value of the program or payment of the entire program (100%) is made for the reservation to be validated. The customer will receive a detailed description of the reservation and payment instructions via email. After sending the proof and subsequent receipt of the amount in the bank account, the reservation is made and the customer will receive a confirmation email.

3 - If the 50% payment is made at the time of booking, customers have up to the 16th day before the arrival date to pay the remaining 50% of the program. After receiving the amount in the bank account, the customer will receive a proof of payment and the respective invoice for the total payment of the program.

4 - If 100% of the reservation is paid, after receiving the amount in the bank account, the customer will receive a proof of payment and the respective invoice for the total payment of the program.

5 - If customer does not pay the remaining 50% up to the 16th day before the arrival date and do not inform the 1RM Travel Experience management team, the reservation becomes void and customers lose the right to refund the reservation amount.

6 - If the reservation is made less than 16 days before the arrival date, the payment of the reservation must be made in full.

​

7 - From the date of booking up to the 16th day before check in, the customer may request to change the date of the vacation program, subject to the availability of the program for the new date, with a penalty of 5% if the payment for the reservation has been done in full or a penalty of 10% of the reserve value of the 50% for administrative purposes.

8 - If  the accommodation shown on the website is full capacity, we will arrange another one, with the same tyre, to be approved by the  customer before booking.

CANCELLATION
POLICY

1 - Cancellations must be communicated via email to 1rm.travel.experience@gmail.com

  

2 - All cancellations made up to 16 days before the arrival date, participants will receive 100% of the reservation amount.

   

3 - Cancellations between the 15th and the 8th day before the arrival date, there will be no refund of the reservation amount.

    

4 - Date changes between the 15th and the 8th before the arrival date will incur a 10% penalty

    

5 - For cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, there will be no refund of the reservation amount or the possibility of changing the date.
