OUR STORY
We are 3 friends and partners passionate about the sea, the sun, fitness and travel, and that's why we decided to create the 1RM Travel Experience. We own CrossFit Magnanimus and Urban Park, a sports venue 5 minutes from Ericeira.
Blessed to live along the Atlantic coast and in the only World Surfing Reserve in Europe (Ericeira) we want to share our beaches, offer surfing as an experience, our box to train and every secret of our land with the entire fitness community.
1RM works to offer an excellent service, which is why we hope to offer all fitness enthusiasts a premium experience, from accommodation to surf lessons, the use of the Crossfit Magnanimus box, among other amenities that will make your trip an unforgettable experience. unforgettable.
TRAINING SESSIONS
The training sessions take place at affiliated Magnanimus Crossfit, the oldest affiliated box on the Portuguese west cost.
Sessions may be led by one of our coaches or, if you wish, you can organize your own sessions as a opened box sessions.
With our coach´s, we will do training adapted to all fitness level (RX or Scale) according to the level of each athlete. If you prefer, we can program the 5 days of training focusing on cardio, strength, mobility, etc...)
SURFING SESSIONS
Surf lessons will be developed exclusively for the group of clients.
The teachers are prepared to develop classes according to the level of each client, whether they are beginners, intermediate or advanced.
We inform you that surf lessons are subject to weather conditions and the state of the sea, if it is verified that there are no conditions for them to take place and that could put the safety of customers at risk, the lesson(s) may not take place. and will be replaced by another defined activity.
ACCOMODATION
We have a superior quality accommodation, hotel service in apartments of excellence.
Apartments for 2 to 10 people, If the group is more than 10 people, we will provide more apartments.
Our apart hotel is just a few minutes from the center of town and the beaches.
